Frequently Asked Questions.
How does placing a bulk order work?
Send us your product, quantity, and destination through the inquiry form on any product page. We respond with pricing, packaging options, and an estimated timeline within 48 hours. Once you approve the quote, we confirm the order, handle production, export documentation, and shipping, and keep you updated until the container arrives.
Do you sell directly to individual consumers?
Suhail Salt supplies importers, distributors, and private-label brands only, in bulk quantities. If you’re looking for a single retail-sized bag, we’d recommend one of our distributors rather than ordering direct.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product — edible salt is typically ordered by the metric ton, while decorative items like lamps and candle holders may have different case-pack minimums. Tell us the product and destination country and we’ll confirm exact MOQ in your quote.
Can I request a sample before committing to a bulk order?
Yes. We can arrange samples for serious inquiries; shipping costs for samples are generally covered by the buyer, and we’ll confirm exact terms when you request one.
What certifications does Suhail Salt hold?
Our facility holds BRC, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001, ISO 22716:2007, HACCP, OHSAS 18001, GMP, HALAL, KOSHER, Non-GMO, and Gluten Free certification, plus FDA (USA) and MFDS (Korea) registration. Full details are on our Certifications page.
Do you offer private labeling?
Yes, across all our product lines. We can produce under your brand’s packaging, labeling, and specifications on the same certified production line — see our Private Label page for details.
What's the difference between Himalayan pink salt and regular sea salt?
Himalayan pink salt is mined rather than evaporated from seawater, and typically undergoes far less processing — no bleaching or anti-caking additives — while retaining trace minerals that give it its characteristic pink color. Regular table and sea salt are usually more heavily refined by comparison.
